The People Experience Specialist at Emirates Airlines will build a collaborative and supportive team environment, while bringing the Emirates Group culture to life from Hire to Retire. Candidate will be  responsible for bringing an equitable employee experience and supporting the delivery of the Engagement strategy and associated activities. In collaboration with the People team, candidate will set expectations and priorities for the overall employee experience. This will be a temporary position offering a 12 month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.

Responsibilities of People Experience Specialist

  • Strategize, plan and execute an enhanced People Experience framework that complements the overall employer brand.
  • Analyze the key strengths of individuals and identify specific areas where improvements can be made within the employee journey. Offer well-informed recommendations aimed at enhancing and optimizing the overall experience for employees within the organization.
  • Evaluate data to gain insights into employee trends, sentiments and areas for improvement within the realm of people experience. Transform these insights into practical and actionable strategies.
  • Drive initiatives that creates a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Develop strategies to promote diversity and inclusion, address bias and create an environment that celebrates and respects differences among employees.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and collaborate with various teams across the organization to execute employee engagement projects and initiatives.
  • Track and report on key metrics of project progression and ensure stakeholders are communicated with and changes are successfully implemented.
  • Work in partnership with other areas of HR to refine the employee experience and promote feedback mechanisms to influence continuous improvement.

Requirements for Role of People Experience Specialist

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Honor’s in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in the design and execution of strategies relating the Employee Experience.
  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze data and insights, translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance the overall people experience.
  • Strong project management experience, particularly in leading large-scale projects.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills as primary focus is interacting with candidates, employees and business leaders.
  • The ability to gain trust and confidence to make a difference through strong interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the overall HR structure and practices.
