PE and Sports Teacher – GEMS Education, Dubai

GEMS Education is recruiting a dynamic PE and Sports Teacher for one of its schools in Dubai. The ideal candidate will promote physical fitness, sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles while delivering high-quality physical education lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physical Education across secondary year groups
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level PE where applicable
• Coach school sports teams and organise inter-school competitions
• Promote participation in physical activity for all students
• Lead extra-curricular sports programmes and sports day events

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or related field
• PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 2 years of PE teaching and coaching experience
• Coaching qualifications in at least two sports
• First Aid and safeguarding certifications
