Job Description

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator in Dubai who will be responsible for support with the day to day of streamlined and efficient processes required to support the Payroll Team in delivering a wide range of services, including but not limited to, record keeping and reporting, employee requests and queries, payroll card requests, payroll reports, time and attendance management, and end of service (EOS) for Site, Manpower Outsourcing and Workforce Solutions Business Groups. This is a mid level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 3000 AED to 8000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Payroll Administrator

  • Financial: Contributing to CI Log in either hard or soft savings and process improvements. 
  • Uploading next month leave salary recovery for leave cancellation management.
  • Customer: Responsible for employee queries management and solutions regarding requests in relation to Transguard’s external payroll solutions provider.
  • Produce and distribute employee payroll letters (salary transfer and certificate letters).
  • Process: Ensure 1-2-1 meetings are carried out in line with Transguard’s policies.
  • Ensure end of service and wage elements are costed out for accuracy and within a timely manner.
  • Innovation:Drive area specific process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
  • Reduce waste within the department, both physical and time wastes through automation and process improvement.

Eligibility Requirements for Payroll Administrator

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Skills Desired

  • General knowledge in MS Office with working knowledge in excel.
  • Ability to generate and analyze payroll reports.
  • Understand payroll calculations and their legal applications.
  • Proficiency in payroll software Oracle ERP.
  • Competent English speaking and writing level.
