In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely settlement of payments for their organization. Duties of Payment Settlement Officer

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather payment information and ensure proper documentation is received.
  • Verify payment transactions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in payment settlements.
  • Process payment settlements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any payment-related inquiries or disputes.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices related to payment settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of payment settlements and related documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new payment settlement processes or systems.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Requirements for Payment Settlement Officer 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in payment settlements or a similar role.
