Novomed is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator with a background in functional medicine to join their team in Dubai Marina. Marina Plaza, 3004, 30th Floor, Al Marsa St, Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients, from initial contact through ongoing care. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a strong understanding of functional medicine principles. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 6000-12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
• Work with healthcare providers to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Manage and update patient records.
• Handle patient inquiries and process necessary documentation.
• Assist with billing and insurance verification.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform any other patient support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.

Requirements for Role of Patient Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, nutrition, or a related field.
• 2+ years healthcare experience, preferably in functional medicine.
