This is a full time on site role for a Patient Coordinator in health care industry which is located in Dubai. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, sales and cross sales, medical terminology, and effective communication with patients while showing empathy and maintaining confidentiality. The Patient Coordinators will also be responsible for managing patient check in, check out, and ensuring that patients have a positive experience.

Requirements of Patient Coordinator

The requirements for said job are as following:

Minimum a high school.
Prior experience of 2-5 years in sales and customer service, preferably aesthetic services and body treatments

Skills and knowledge desired

Must be fluent in 2 of the following languages; Arabic, Russian, and/or English.
Understanding of medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize, listen, and effectively respond to patient inquiries.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
