Parts Coordinator Galadari Brothers Group

A Parts Coordinator at Galadari Brothers Group will be responsible for Dubai WS inquiries and requirement related to Parts Department. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Parts Coordinator

• Coordination with workshop team operation for maintenance and repairing of Machines.
• Record of parts movements that ordered for workshop team for repairing jobs.
• Hand over required spare parts for repairing and maintenance to workshop in charge.
• Communicate with parts team to keep service team updated with spare parts availability and lead time.
• Be able to use parts catalog to identify parts number up on service team inquiry.
• Will be Responsible on all service demands will be created on system (invoicing & Delivery).
• Coordinate with warehouse team to issue any spare parts require for service team.
• Submit daily parts update report against open jobs to workshop in charge.
• Submit weekly recommended parts report to inventory controller.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Parts Coordinator are as under:

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
