Parts Consultant in Outdoor Sales at Al Masaood will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and building long term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. This vacancy was posted on April, 04, 2024.


  • Set budget in terms of Sales revenue and GP.
  • A high level of quality interaction with customers to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers.
  • Parts and upselling accessories to customers.
  • Parts awareness campaign, monthly offers, product groups and specification changes are cascaded to all parts sales staff.
  • Up with a call, as the basis of building a long-term relationship with customers.
  • Accurate customer information, updates/records all the necessary information in Autoline.
  • All required documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
  • Maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge.
  • Lost sales and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates.
  • 5S implementation.
  • Harmonious relationship among staffs and strive to work towards the attainment of the department’s objectives.
  • To/consult immediate supervisor or Parts Manager for any untoward incident or problem that further need a managerial decision.
  • Follow prevailing policies and procedures of the company.
  • Conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company.
  • Additional responsibility as required.

Requirements for Role of Parts Consultant

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience in sales roles.
  • Driving License is a must.
