Job Description
Parts Advisor / Salesman at Nabooda Automobiles will be responsible to check that the physical stock item matches the invoice/issue voucher requisitioned by workshop or customers to ensure right first time transactions. To conduct all internal customer transactions with the utmost courtesy. And to deliver the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
- Parts: To understand the Parts Sales Process and implement them in a consistent manner.
- Monitor the quality of the goods ensure that they are in good condition and suitable for use inform Parts Supervisor of any quality problems.
- Keep all parts catalogues, manufacturer’s lists etc. updated and tidy.
- Stock Control: Maintain safe working standards and abide by working rules and standards.
- Ensure regular tidying of counters, maintaining cleanliness, organization of stock, and easy retrieval.
- Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.
- Key Performance Indicators: Items invoiced are physically checked against stock, achieving return of parts minimum % rate.
- Time taken from voucher raised to delivery of part.
- Sales per employee.
Requirements for Role of Parts Advisor / Salesman
- Must have a UAE attested Higher secondary school education or above.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE in a similar role.
