Job Purpose of A Paralegal

• Performance of a diverse range of legal and administrative tasks for corporate legal department.
• Additional tasks for this role involve assisting corporate formalities and compliance matters, along with reviewing and drafting agreements as mentioned below.

Duties of A Paralegal

• Conducting legal research on Gcc laws and regulations and providing constant updates and commentary for both legal and the business.
• Communicating with the authorities in relation to compliance matters.
• Drafting and reviewing all types of standard agreements and contracts.
• Assisting corporate legal with the implementation of legal workplace and blueprint.
• Assisting with the regulatory requirements, preparation and execution of poas, general assemblies, and bod resolutions.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Graduation in legal studies, or a related field.

Experience 

• 0-2 years of experience.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to anticipate and plan ahead.
• Legal knowledge and familiarity with all corporate issues, real estate development, shopping mall business, project management and/or hotel management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in the use of computers.
