Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Alfahim in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, UAE will efficiently perform and deliver quality service in tinting/ polish & ceramic coating services works in accordance to processes and guidelines set by the company to ensure high quality, efficiency and productivity targets are met. Ensure routine tinting and polishing or services as per schedule. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 3000-5000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Paintless Dent Repair Technician

• Operations: Perform requested tinting work in observance of the company’s methods, recommendations and operating procedures to ensure efficient use of time and compliance.
• Classify chargeable materials and define the materials to reduce waste.
• Consult the Foreman for support and advice for correct process.
• Support other tinting technicians on complex repair task as required.
• Job Card: Promptly complete the job card and furnish details such as materials that are required, issued and the action taken to maintain a history and record of jobs done for future reference
• Tools and Equipment: Maintain all test equipment, hand tools and instruments utilized for service purposes to ensure they are in good working condition and operational as per the company’s guidelines
• Safety: Observe safety rules defined by the company for instruments, equipment and tools. Conduct repairs, maintenance work in compliance with HSE policies & procedure and encourage colleagues to practice the same.
• Tinting and Polishing: Perform a strong work ethic, show incredible attention to detail, and work quickly without compromising installation quality.
• Must expertly fit tinting to any vehicle window with extreme accuracy.
• Tinting Technician will be involve in Tinting/ Polishing and applying ceramic coatings, will closely work with the Foreman and line manager of the Service unit.

Requirements for Role of Paintless Dent Repair Technician

• Secondary School Education Certificate
• 2 years of minimum experience in repair work & operations.
