Job Description

Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C presently has a job opening for skilled & experienced candidate for position of a Painter (Auto painter)  in Dubai. This job has recently been posted by company’s career page on 26 February 2024 and is now open for all aspiring candidates. There is no gender restriction for this role,  both males and females can apply.

Responsibilities of Painter

  • Prepare surfaces of heavy equipment by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying appropriate primers to ensure proper adhesion of paint coatings.
  • Mix paint colors and adjust viscosity as needed to achieve desired finish and coverage.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of paint materials according to safety regulations.
  • Match paint colors to existing equipment or specified color codes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the final finish.
  • Maintain painting equipment, including spray guns, compressors, and mixing machines, by cleaning, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as maintenance, fabrication, and assembly, to coordinate painting schedules and prioritize equipment for painting.

Requirements for Role Painter (Auto painter )

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in painting or automotive refinishing preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

Skills Desired

  • Proficiency in using painting equipment such as spray guns, air compressors, and mixing machines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with various types of paint coatings, primers, and finishes used in heavy equipment painting.
