About the Role

Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an outstanding PA to the Senior Leadership Team commencing August 2026. Additionally, this full-time position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Secondary Principal including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Furthermore, the successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders seeking access to the Secondary Principal. The school has relocated to a state-of-the-art campus in the prestigious Saadiyat Lagoons community.

Key Responsibilities

As PA to the SLT, you will welcome visitors, deal with queries from families and staff, and screen and manage phone calls and emails on behalf of the Secondary Principal. Moreover, you will draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications including the oversight of awards. In addition, you will coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for leadership and staff meetings. Furthermore, you will assist with data collection and report preparation for ADEK and other regulatory bodies. You will also support the organisation of key school events, line manage other admin staff, and maintain staff files and records including payroll.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must hold a minimum diploma or degree of higher education or a related industry qualification at graduate level. Additionally, a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role is required. Moreover, candidates must be approachable, professional, calm, and knowledgeable with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders. Furthermore, IT literacy, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. The ability to think ahead and use initiative is also required for this role.
