Responsibilities of Outlet Cashier

• Accepts Payments in Cash, Credit, or Alternative Forms and provides customers with Accurate Change.
• Counts money in the Cash Register at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure Correct Amounts, adhering to the highest standards of Transparency and Accountability.
• Implements proper procedures for Cash Handling, including Deposits and Reconciliations, to ensure a stable financial environment.
• Extends a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Service to guests, providing Attentive Assistance and Addressing Inquiries or Professionally Resolving Issues.
• Stays well-informed about our Products and Services to assist Guests with their inquiries and seamlessly Upsell or Cross-sell products.
• Executes Exchanges or Returns per company policies.
• Records and validates all Discounts, Complimentary Items, and Voided Checks, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
• Monitors Outlet Operations diligently, ensuring every order is Efficiently Processed in the POS System before being presented to Guests.
• Maintains a consistently Clean and Organised Check Out Area, reflecting the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ at all times.
• Provides support in various Dining Concepts, such as efficiently Punching Orders in Micros during peak hours.
• Adheres to FIVE’s Policies and Procedures diligently, creating a safe and secure environment.

Requirements  of Outlet Cashier

• High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years of experience .

• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
• Essential competence in Math, to transparent, accurate and efficiently process Cash, Credit and Card Transactions while providing exceptional Customer Service.
• The ability to keep up with the demands of a Fast-paced Environment and maintain a Calm Demeanor under pressure.
• Strong familiarity with and understanding of POS (Micros) Systems is a Plus.
