Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant DMCC UAE

DMCC is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant in Dubai. Candidate will be responsible for designing new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements all with aim of improving business efficiency and productivity across all DMCC departments.

Responsibilities of Techno Functional Consultant

• Ongoing support and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM(Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Recruitment).
• Design and implement new IT systems or re-engineer existing solutions for automation & digitization of key business processes.
• Managing the delivery End to End (require vendor meetings, conducting solution POC’s , negotiations on the scope of work documentation and sign off)
• Induction/training on developed IT solutions.
• Design and develop BI and OTBI reports, configure approval workflows, configure personalization, write fast formulas.
• Effective business awareness and trained resources.

Requirements for Role of Techno Functional Consultant 

• IT Graduates or Computer Science Engineering Graduates.
• Minimum 5-7 Years experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (30% Technical & 70% Functional expertise).

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong focus on project delivery.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is a must and familiarity with any modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP will be an added advantage.
