Job Purpose of An Operations Manager
- To manage day to day working of all customers, maintaining and expanding relationship of individual accounts.
- To manage development & implementation of systems, process and procedures to support operational team in coordination with administration and site team.
Job Duties of An Operations Manager (Aviation Services) At Transguard Group Abu Dhabi (UAE)
- Responsible for overall operational performance of department prescribed in BU score card.
- Responsible for the financial performance of department.
- Responsible for management of shift deployment, time and attendance system.
- Responsible and accountable for staff training (Internal & External).
- Responsible and accountable for staff welfare / absenteeism and attrition.
- Responsible for staff briefings / Induction / Tool Box talks / safety.
- Responsible for monthly meetings, client as well as department and Operational team.
- Responsible for new recruitment and deployment of staff.
- Responsible for client SLA / KPI performance.
- Responsible for Admin & Operation Coordinators performance.
- Responsible for management of staff uniforms.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree aviation management or aviation operations.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in Aviation.
