Operations Graduate Trainee at Loreal in 3 Galleries Rd, Mina Jebel Ali, Jabal Ali Industrial Second, Dubai, UAE will be an integral part of one of their Operations team to contribute to the synchronization of the logistics chain for their commercial partners and supply the retail outlet. This is an Internship level  full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Operations Graduate Trainee

• Liaising with their factories and other teams internally to maximize product availability
• Communicating with the Market Supply Logistics (MSL) to foresee any possible delivery issues between the international factories and Distribution Centers.
• Working closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to understand the need for stock levels and therefore accurately forecast the potential of their products and maximize service levels to their customers.
• Analyzing the existing gaps in the processes and working towards improving efficiency and reporting details within the planning team.

Requirements for Role of Operations Graduate Trainee

• Must be in your final year or a fresh Graduate (less than a year).
• Available for at least 6 months starting July 2024.
