Farm Fresh (a flagship brand linked to GMG) is currently hiring experienced and motivated candidate for the job role of Operations Executive in Dubai. The Job holder will assist operations manager for Distributor related daily issues which include ordering; reporting; Claims; forecasting; and all other inter departmental issues impacting distributor relations. Candidate will ensure smooth running of distributor relations along with operation manager. 

Responsibilities

• To assist operations manager in daily distributors issues.
• To ensure on time reporting.
• To ensure orders are property deliver to supply chain.
• To ensure forecasting.
• To ensure that SAP related managerial reports are available to leadership team.
• To ensure that distributors claims are properly evaluated and submitted to finance for clearance.
• To ensure distributors get one window solutions for all their queries.
• To ensure order forms are up to date with changes.
• To ensure monthly targets are communicate to distributors.
• Self-Management: Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
• Takes ownership of their learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development.
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.

Requirements for Role of Operations Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG Industry.
