Job Purpose of An Operations Coordinator
Overseeing and coordinating operational activities related to kitchen maintenance services.
Job Duties of An Operations Coordinator
- Provide efficient and effective day-to-day coordination for TOH kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for providing technical support, including the finding of spare parts and service coordination.
- Take in charge of all kitchen equipment maintenance and to provide proactive servicing in order to keep the operation running smoothly.
- Handle and maintain documentation for third party inspections like HACCP audits and HSE audits.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers which involved in TOH day to day operations.
- Work order coordination, database management, daily operations files, coordination of budgeting and accounting systems.
- Responsible as a first response for HVAC/MEP issues and liaise with IFS account managers for resystems.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in operations or facilities management.
Experience
- 2-3 years in a similar position.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Industry.
