Responsibilities of Operation Supervisor

Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Oversee day to day operations to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Coordinate with department managers to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet operational objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to optimize workflow and productivity.
Resolve operational issues and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
Maintain accurate records of operations activities, including inventory, production, and logistics.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

Requirements of Operation Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven work experience of 1-2 years in operations management or a similar supervisory role.
