Khalifa University and the College of Computing and Mathematical Sciences invite applications for multiple Open Rank Faculty in the field of quantum information science and engineering. Research areas can include, but are not limited to, quantum computing, quantum optimization, quantum sensing and encoding, quantum machine learning, and noise in quantum networks, with applications to quantum cryptography, quantum encryption, and secure quantum communications in noisy environments. Faculty must develop and maintain an internationally recognized research program, teach undergraduate and graduate classes, and actively participate in their department, the College, and the University

Job Requirements of Open Rank Faculty

• Ph.D. in a field relevant to quantum sciences, including computer science, computer engineering, or mathematics.
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar role.
• Record of excellence in teaching as appropriate to the applicant’s experience.
