Job Description
Omnichannel Marketing Manager On in Mizzen International at Seddiqi Holding will be responsible for developing and ensuring excellent implementation of Omnichannel plans (Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce) for On in GCC and Jordan within the assigned budget. The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will be exploring and proposing new omnichannel marketing tools based on brand guidelines, image & strategies to elevate the brand in key distribution consumer touch points & increase sales, oversee content development and marketing day-to-day activities across different platforms and marketing channels. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-35000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Omnichannel Marketing Manager
- Strategic
- Establish positioning, identify target accounts, doors and develop omnichannel marketing plans. With specific objectives across different channels (wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce).
- Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel initiatives, leveraging internal support from the SH Marketing team and ON global marketing and driving collaboration.
- Develop and implement creative omnichannel marketing strategies to make an impact, support ON growth, and help increase sales, gross margins, and market share targets.
- Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to continually increase traffic to the company’s website and stores and build the customer database.
- Develop comprehensive Omnichannel comprehensive plans for key accounts, community champions and their own DTC, executing each proposed component. This will include preparing omnichannel briefs and plans for agency partners and managing those initiatives.
- Operational
- Lead Implementation of Omnichannel (Wholesale, Retail and e-Com) marketing plan in alignment with On strategy to ensure high quality and consistent consumer impact.
- Develop account marketing plans for key accounts in close collaboration with the head of distribution and his/her team. To achieve maximum sell-in, sell-out and consumer impact with the key accounts in GCC & Jordan.
- Drive an exciting consumer experience online and offline for their consumers to ensure the brand is perceived as the most premium sportswear brand in the region.
- Drive execution of the key city trade zone attack to position On as the most premium sportswear brand in the key trade zones.
- Owns GCC wholesale Shop-in-Shop investment plan and CAPEX investment to maximize consumer impact and ensure efficient use of restheirces.
- Drive local Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize consumer impact and sell out.
- Owns GCC Omnichannel Marketing Working Budget to ensure a right investment decision.
General Management
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms. And extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Requirements for Role of Omnichannel Marketing Manager
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in International Business/ Marketing / Mass Communication.
- 5-8 years job related experience.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Familiar with different forms of affiliated marketing, social networking and digital marketing platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of fashion trends & styles and local media scene.
- Knowledge in the marketing of fashion or Sports segment.
