Dubai Customs is currently looking for Officers Training Programs Management in Dubai. This is a full time job for UAE Nationals only. The salary ranges from 10001 AED to 20000 AED that is slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Officers Training Programs Management

Following are the key responsibilities of Officers Training Programs Management:-

Operational

• Deliver and evaluate Career development services to improve the career of Dubai Customs staff.
• Develop, implement and manage a Career Development framework including learning and assessment guides, reading bricks, case studies and project to facilitate learning.
• Develop, implement and manage a competency based career development and succession planning frameworks for developing competencies to support career.
• Liaise with internal and external training facilitators to develop customized resources according to program facilitation needs.
• Liaise, outsource, contract and negotiate with external service providers and consultants to ensure quality of resources developed externally.
• Develop, implement and evaluate pilot programs to ensure efficiency.
• Develop feedback mechanisms to evaluate and analyze quality of training resources.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for conducting organized career development programs.
• Implement international best practices and standards to meet the worldwide standards.
• Implement the annual strategic and operational plan for the section to improve career development services.
• Liaise and interface with a range of stakeholders including internal and external clients to facilitate career development programs.
• Promote the section within Customs to let know staff the benefits of career development services in Dubai Customs.
• Performa all the assigned tasks from the line manager with reliability, honesty, and discretion

Requirements of Officers Training Programs Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant business area. 
• 1 year of relevant business experience in area of employment.
