Dubai Ports (DP) World UAE presently has a job opening for post of a Senior Officer Partnership Activation (Contract) to support its Partnerships team with the communication and activation of partnerships in their portfolio. Job Purpose of An Senior Officer Partnership Activation

• Drive forward ‘always on’ communication and content for the work DP World is doing with its partners, including those in our Group Sustainability portfolio.
• Support with the activation of different partnerships at key milestone moments throughout the year.
• Work within DP World Partnerships team to develop integrated communications and content strategies.
• Responsible for planning and executing communications outputs that sit across earned media, digital and social, paid media and internal communications.
• All outputs to be curated such that it engages target stakeholder groups to drive brand awareness, thought leadership & engagement.
• Work with Group Manager Partnerships Activation & acquire a full understanding of business and our partnerships portfolio.

Your Job Duties As A Senior Officer Partnership Activation (Contract) At Dubai Ports (DP) World UAE

Strategic Support

• Support Group Manager Partnerships on development of ‘always on’ communication strategy for company’s partnerships portfolio.
• Responsible for internalization of master messaging amongst the global communication leads.

Communications Management & Content Execution

• Manage the content creation process from ideation, working with different functions and their partners to identify relevant case studies, stories and proof points that can be told throughout the year.
• Manage DP World agencies, editors, communication leads and brand / digital functions to publish & amplify content across paid, owned and earned platforms.
• Project manage individual content campaigns, including liaising with local partners, production companies and creative teams to story board ideas, through to managing the creative development of content.

Events / Activation Management

• Support execution of communications and content during key milestones in the DP World calendar and other events as required from conception to completion, including liaising with venue, managing vendors and coordinating logistics between DP World delegates and the partnership opportunities.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field,

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in communications and managing the delivery of large scale communication and content campaigns.
• Experience manage a team of content creators and freelance writers.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Self starter who thrives under pressure &  can handle multiple projects.
