Job Purpose of An Officer KYC Operations

Responsible to support the Operations / Business Process Delivery Department in customer documentation / contact process and improving the maintenance of proper documentation, support current processes, value drivers and identify business process potential improvements.

Duties of An officer KYC Operations

• Understands business processes, policies and guidelines.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructionsso that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Conduct Know Your Customer document process initiation, follow up and closure in system.
• Collect information on peer financial statements and prepare peer comparison report .
• Provide a complete and confidential correspondence service, routing documents as necessary.
• Update KYC portal on time.
