Job Purpose of An Officer KYC Operations
Responsible to support the Operations / Business Process Delivery Department in customer documentation / contact process and improving the maintenance of proper documentation, support current processes, value drivers and identify business process potential improvements.
Duties of An officer KYC Operations
- Understands business processes, policies and guidelines.
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructionsso that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Conduct Know Your Customer document process initiation, follow up and closure in system.
- Collect information on peer financial statements and prepare peer comparison report .
- Provide a complete and confidential correspondence service, routing documents as necessary.
- Update KYC portal on time.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KYC and MIS reporting.
