An exciting job opportunity has been announced at National Bank of Fujairah for the role of Senior Officer IT Infrastructure & Support Services. The incumbent will be responsible to provide IT infrastructure support to IS&T & business users. Also support end user computing/desktop support team & ensure optimum IT infrastructure support services to all users as well as carry out IT Inventory management. Responsibilities of Senior Officer IT Infrastructure & Support Services
- Assist NBF users with their computer desktop systems and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
- Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs.
- Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems.
- End user computing security.
- Discuss with staff members the problems faced and how to help find a solution.
- Responsible for ordering of computer systems that are required and work in close liaison with Administration for supplies after carefully assessing the computer needs.
- Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems as and when they arise.
- Maintain IT Hardware Asset Inventory.
Qualification Requirements for Role of Senior Officer IT Infrastructure & Support Services
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / MCA from a recognised university.
- MCDST/CompTIA A+, HDI-DAST.
- ITIL V4 (F).
- 5 years experience in Desktop configuration and support.
- 2-3 years experience in IT inventory management.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Good knowledge in Desktop configuration and support.
- Good command of English.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Negotiation skills.
