Job Purpose of A Senior Officer Excellence & Quality
Ensure the application of excellence & quality practices across organization to achieve continuous development and high performance standards.
Your Job Duties As A Senior Officer Excellence & Quality Dubai Culture UAE
- Assist in day to day business and ensure that approved procedures and processes are applied.
- Coordinate all internal & external meetings related to Dubai Government Excellence Program & prepare all documents.
- Draft the minutes of meetings related to excellence, quality and operations management.
- Follow up on the implementation of all decisions issued / taken during the meeting.
- Manage documents related to excellence & quality as per procedure is vogue.
- Organize, archive and preserve paper and electronic files.
- Participate in the implementation of the activities, events and projects of the Department of Excellence.
- Prepare official correspondence / reports for quality management system.
- Conduct awareness work shops on the concepts of excellence & continuous development.
- Internal and external coordination of studies of the happiness of the concerned groups.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of work experience in same role.
