Job Description
Officer Employee Service Center at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring a seamless customer experience whilst providing support to the Employee Service Center (ESC) on daily tasks and ongoing projects. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Officer Employee Service Center
- Implements HR processes in an efficient and effective manner, providing input for changes as required.
- Ensures accurate and professional handling of employee queries received via email, phone and in-person visits. Providing expert guidance and support while proactively resolving issues in alignment with HR policies and organizational standards.
- Audits and validates monthly eGate invoices and Medical/Emirates ID/Visa related invoices in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Ensures strict adherence to government regulations and guidelines, rigorously maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. And effectively implements and communicates necessary changes to policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate records for reports and manages projects and development plans aimed at enhancing the employee service center.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for addressing employee inquiries and complaints, resolving escalated issues and complex or sensitive cases that require a higher level of expertise.
- Develops and refines processes and procedures for newly introduced services and enhances existing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Conducts in depth analysis of data from the ESC to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Monitors and manages ESC related costs and participates in the budgeting process for ESC.
- Facilitates employee verification requests for external institutions, including banks, embassies, and collection agencies, ensuring timely and accurate responses while safeguarding employee information.
- Provides feedback on HR procedures and policy changes, contributing insights to streamline processes within the employee service center, enhancing efficiency and service delivery.
- Leads the annual census validation process, ensuring data accuracy by identifying and correcting discrepancies or duplicates to maintain an accurate employee database.
- Assists with the offboarding process, including issuing guidelines, coordinating clearances, managing checklists, processing visas and debt recovery, communicating settlements, and handling sensitive cases with confidentiality.
Requirements for Role of Officer Employee Service Center
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Â Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in airline operations is desirable.
