Officer Billing Abu Dhabi Ports

The Officer Billing at Abu Dhabi Ports will be responsible to develop and Implent Plan to make sure the Job Files are billed as per the defined TATs ( Turn Around Time) by the management. Cross Verify and audit the sales provisions and hilight in case of discrepancy. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 7000 AED to 15000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Officer Billing

  • Properly and deeply checking the supporting documents and calculations.
  • Make sure to timely upload the invoices on Customer Portals and or deleiver by hand through the messeneger as per the defined TATs.
  • Supervise revenue monthly closing tasks and review the revenue to esnure no revenue leakage.
  • Provide guidance to all Business Units for Revenue and billing related matters.
  • Provide necessary support to collection function and help revenue function to escalate any issue to the management if necessary
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors relating to revenue or billing and drive timely completion of audits observations.
  • Supervise the monthly closing deadlines for invoicing and revenue accruals when are service provided but not billed.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Officer Billing

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
