Job Description
Facility Management industry in Dubai is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Office Secretary. As a secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
Salary:
This position pays between 3001 and 3500 AED.
Required Experience of Office Secretary:
1-2 years of experience for this job is mandatory.
Job Type:

Responsibilities for Office Secretary
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Requirements for Office Secretary
- High school diploma or equavalent.
- Experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
