Automobile industry is looking to hire a Office Secretary in Dubai which will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize work flow procedures in the office. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
Responsibilities of Office Secretary
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Requirements of Office Secretary
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Proven work experience of 1 – 2 Years as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary of Office Secretary
The company offers an attractive salary package of 3001 to 3500 to job holder, which will be negotiable.
