Office Sales Representative Nestle Abu Dhabi

Nespresso (flagship brand linked to Nestle) looking to hire B2B  Office Sales Representatives in Marina Mall, Al Kasir, Al Marina, Abu Dhabi, UAE, to acquire new customers in the offices channel strategic segments (Medium and Large offices) and/or evolve the business with existing customers in the assigned geographical territory in the UAE focusing on Dubai to deliver agreed upon objectives and targets. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Office Sales Representative

• Aligned with the Sales Field Plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory.
• Identify and contact prospects using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events…)
• Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Offices Channel Guidelines.
• Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities.
• Increase business with existing customers/maximize penetration rate in a customer.
• Use of CRM system to grow/maintain existing customers.
• Provide market intelligence to the sales team.
• Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of customer lifecycle management.
• Collect accurate inputs to ensure compliance of the Sales Process.
• Compliance with Nespresso Business Principles and policies including the trade policy, sales policy, local trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements for Role of Office Sales Representative

• A High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3-5 Yeas B2B Business/Sales Experience in Out of Home.
• Demonstrated good level of leadership and qualities in school/university or during previous work experience.
