Miral Experiences is presently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for job role of Office Manager at Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President of Operations and when necessary, their direct reports; assisting them to manage and prioritize their time efficiently and effectively.

Duties of Office Manager

  • Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of the Executive Office operations and procedures to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Vice President of Human Resources and Senior VP of Operations and when necessary their direct reports; helping them to manage and prioritize their time efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage calendars for multiple executives and set up meetings, conferences, and conference calls.
  • Compose, proofread, organize, and maintain confidential correspondence, presentations, reports, minutes and other complex documents.
  • Prepare presentations/documentation for external clients and Board meetings.
  • Review and process expense reimbursement reports.
  • Identify departmental needs, and set up and maintain office files, logs, listings, and manuals.
  • Assist with strategic projects across other departments in the organization as called upon.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements to include booking flights, accommodation, transfers, etc.
  • Undertake small ad-hoc projects and/or research as advised.
  • Manage time effectively to meet and exceed deadlines to ensure availability for additional projects.
  • Manage the reception and kitchen staff and facilities support services to the Farah Offices.
  • Coordinate and/or manage multi-departmental projects as required by the Executive Office.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Office Manager

The requirements for the job role of Office Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Higher Secondary or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and able to multi-task.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule with overtime, as required.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio).
