Real Estate industry is seeking a reliable and efficient Office Boy/Girl to join their Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, providing administrative support to the team, and ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the office. This role is crucial in creating a positive and professional atmosphere for both clients and team members.

Responsibilities of Office Boy/Girl

Following are the responsibilities for the said job:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
Ensure the availability of office supplies and coordinate with the administrative staff to replenish as needed.
Assist in basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution to the appropriate recipients.
Prepare and serve beverages to clients and team members as required.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the office to the relevant authorities.

Requirements of Office Boy/Girl

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Office Boy/Girl:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Physical fitness and ability to perform light manual tasks.
Proven experience of less than 1 year as an office boy or similar role, preferably in a real estate setting.
