Job Description
Facility Management industry is currently hiring for the job role of Office Assistant in Dubai. The job purpose is to provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling correspondence and maintaining office organization.
Responsibilities of Office Assistant
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and photocopying.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements of Office Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
