Responsibilities of an Office Assistant

The following are the duties for the job holder:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
