Real Estate industry in Dubai presently hiring candidate for the job role of Office Assistant to join them in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to their office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of their day to day activities.
Responsibilities of Office Assistant
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements of Office Assistant
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in relevant field.
