About the Role
The Office Assistant at Dubai Autism Center will be responsible for managing pantry services, serving beverages, and assisting with meeting preparations and guest hospitality. Furthermore, this role requires a well-presented individual with proper etiquette who can handle busy daily tasks efficiently. Moreover, the assistant will maintain pantry cleanliness, manage stock records, and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests and visitors. This position is ideal for a flexible and service-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to staff and guests professionally
- Prepare Arabic beverages and refreshments for meetings and events
- Manage pantry stocks, records monitoring, and inventory tracking
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pantry area
- Arrange and assist with meeting and conference room setup
- Greet guests and visitors and offer refreshments courteously
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure proper hygiene standards in food and beverage handling
- Coordinate with staff for special event hospitality requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of proper coffee, tea, and Arabic beverage preparation
- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or office environment preferred
- At least secondary school graduate
- Presentable appearance with good manners and etiquette
- Proper hygiene standards in handling food and beverages
- Flexible and efficient in managing busy daily tasks
