Responsibilities
- Put water glasses in every office before folks arrive.
- Show up early to set up the space right.
- Swap out tissue boxes in rooms and meetings as needed.
- Pour drinks for managers and any guests.
- Wipe and tidy meeting rooms before and after talks.
- Change water jugs so no one runs dry.
- Watch pantry stock and paper supplies, ask for more when low.
- Help managers with odd jobs that come up.
- Cover the front desk for an hour during lunch or breaks.
- Keep your area clean, including coffee pots, microwaves, and fridges.
- Jump in on daily chores that need doing.
- Spot dirt or fixes and handle them quick.
Requirements
Education
High School Certificate in a suitable field or equivalent is required.
Experience
2+ years in office support or cleaning roles.
Skills
