Job Purpose of A Offboarding Coordinator

• The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding individuals’ plans.
• Ensuring relevant processes go smoothly (such as flight bookings and attendance at HR meetings), producing associated templates and communications
• Ensuring people exit the accommodation as quickly as possible.
• Work independently and efficiently to streamline the exit process.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience

• 2-4 years of proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
• Experience in facilitating exit processes and understanding of related procedures.

Skills Desired
