Nursery Manager – JINS Nursery, Sharjah

Jumeirah International Nurseries (JINS) is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for its Sharjah location. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of nursery operations, from curriculum delivery to staff management and parent relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations of the nursery
• Lead and develop a team of early years practitioners and support staff
• Ensure the EYFS curriculum is delivered to a high standard
• Oversee enrolment, parent communications and community engagement
• Ensure compliance with SPEA/MOE regulatory requirements
• Manage nursery budget and resources

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Education Management
• Minimum 5 years of early years experience with at least 2 in management
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
• Leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing a nursery or early years setting

Salary and Benefits

• Tax-free salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month
• Visa sponsorship and medical insurance
