Job Purpose of A Numbering Operations Assistant

To support and facilitate efficient numbering operations by assisting in the organization, management and coordination of numerical data and documents.

Job Duties of A Numbering Operations Assistant

  • Punctual and regular daily attendance in order to ensure timely case resolution.
  • Monitoring metallic numbers in order to ensure compliance with procedures of release, change and churn.
  • Monthly TT reports to be submitted on time with full accuracy in order to ensure line manager is aware of performance against KPIs and action taken on TTs.
  • Making sure that the outstanding bills are cleared before releasing the numbers in order to remain compliant with company policy and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, be friendly and maintain proactive, dynamic and effective communication with customers at all the times ensuring the provision of a positive customer experience and quick issue resolution.
  • Focus on developing own know how and learning on the job so that there is constant full awareness of all products and services as well as policies & procedures that are subject to change frequently.
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to company policy in all work processes.
  • Resolve and ensure closure of TT’s from BU regarding churned numbers and dunning numbers (number management) by following the approved governance.
  • Resolve and ensure closure of TT’s from VVIP clients regarding migration (Prepaid to Postpaid, Postpaid to prepaid, consumer to enterprise, enterprise to consumer, change of ownership) by following the approved governance.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Diploma in business administration or related relevant field of study.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in telecom industry.

Knowledge and Skills Desired

  • Excellent communication skills, telephonic, spoken, comprehension specifically.
  • Energetic, dynamic, positive & enthusiastic.
  • Excellent problem solving ability.
  • Strong MS office skills.
