Responsibilities of Night Auditor

Following are the responsibilities for the said job:

• Conduct nightly audits and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest check ins and check outs during the night shift.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports to management.
• Monitor and ensure the security of the premises during the night shift.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to address any issues or emergencies.

Requirements of Night Auditor

• High school diploma or certificate programs.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
