Charterhouse is working with a government entity based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire a Network and Systems Administrator. Their client has a dedicated mission to contribute to the sustainable progress of developing countries through targeted financial assistance and strategic investments.
Responsibilities of Network and Systems Administrator
- Support day to day maintenance and technical support necessary for the effective administration of networks and server infrastructures.
- The primary objective is to ensure the seamless operation of the data network and systems.
- Provide maximum performance and availability to all departments.
- Support the efficient execution of business operations.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure workflow continuity.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for the IT department to meet company requirements, policies, and standards.
Eligibility Criteria For The Role Of Network And System Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Certification in Networking (CCNP or CCNA).
- 2 plus years of experience in similar role.
Skills And Abilities Desired
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Keen understanding of international best practices in IT.
- Proven ability to contribute to the enhancement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
