Network Operations Manager Adecco Abu Dhabi

Adecco Middle East is recruiting for a CCIE, NSE certified Network Operations Manager with one of prestigious clients based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are looking for a resource who will be responsible for working collaboratively with various Business units. Also, responsible for designing, architecting and administering Network and cyber security solutions follow industry best standards and protect the business from any internal and external network security threats.

Responsibilities Of Network Operations Manager

• Role holder should be agile, work with high sense of urgency bringing clarity to problem statement.
• Expert individual contributor with 100% hands in day-to-day operations.
• You will be architecting and implementing the solutions.
• You are meticulously detailed, maintaining suitable deployment-specific SOP’s, templates.
• You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment that expands to various geographic locations.
• You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself. You convey and receive information in a clear, credible, and consistent manner.
• Collaborate, coach, and mentor colleagues in an energetic, growing team.
• Complete end-to-end ownership from requirements to go-live.
• Managing stakeholders and driving business goals
• Willing to take challenges and step out of comfort zone.
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and consistent engineering and architectural HLD and LLD documentations.
• A desire to contribute to and maintain the company values and culture and ability to work collaboratively across cross cultural team.
• There might be requirement to support in weekend occasionally as per project demand.

Requirements Of Network Operations Manager

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, telecommunications or any other relevant field.
• CCIE, NSE expert and above certification is must.
• CISSP, CEH, CISA, TOGAF certification is preferred.
• Cloud certification in AWS / Azure is must.
• Minimum: 10+years experience in Networking and Cyber Security with exposure to Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Huawei, AWS or Azure.
• Past experience in reporting to C level top management.

Skills And Abilities Desired

• Excellent verbal and written skill and have past experience in reporting to C level top management.
• Preference for scripting and automation skill.
