Duties of National Sales Manager

• Develop and implement national sales programs, including action plans for field sales.
• Ensure the successful attainment of the company’s sales targets across all regions.
• Maintain maximum sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
• Oversee regional sales performance.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts to meet corporate objectives.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and establish performance goals.
• Analyze and manage divisional expenditures to meet budget requirements.
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline reports to track sales volume and potential opportunities.
• Evaluate sales performance against programs, quotes, and plans to assess effectiveness.
• Assist in responding to requests for proposals, conducting client tours, and preparing pricing and sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customer accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding the current customer base.
• Monitor customer credit status and take necessary actions when required.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a National Sales Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales marketing or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in similar role.
