Job Description

As their Nanny / Baby Sitter, you will be responsible for the well being and development of their children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth while they are away. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and loving environment where their children can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially.

Responsibilities of Nanny / Baby Sitter

Provide attentive and compassionate care for their children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily routines.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading, playing games, arts and crafts, and outdoor exploration.
Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes emotional security and positive self-esteem.
Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being both indoors and outdoors.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up children’s play areas, doing children’s laundry, and washing bottles and dishes.
Communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities, development, and any concerns or milestones.
Follow parents’ guidelines and routines for children’s sleep schedules, meals, and other preferences.

Requirements of Nanny / Baby Sitter

The requirements for the said job are as following.

Associate’s degree in child development a plus
Previous experience of less than 1 year in relevant field.
