Responsibilities Of Multiple Roles Real Estate Private Equity

The role will be reporting to the Head of International Real Estate investments and will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Evaluating and underwriting potential real estate investments, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
  • Negotiating and structuring deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop investment strategies and objectives.
  • Monitoring and managing existing real estate assets to optimize performance and returns.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry developments.

Requirements Of Multiple Roles Real Estate Private Equity

  • Minimum:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preffered:Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) would be advantageous.
  • 4-11 years of experience of US real estate investment analysis and transactions.

Skills And Abilities Desired

  • Knowledge of both USA real estate markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing real estate investment deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
