GEMS Dubai American Academy is currently seeking suitable candidate for position of Middle School Spanish Teacher for a start of August 2024. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for teaching Spanish. This vacancy was announced by the academy on January 18, 2024. Responsibilities of Spanish Teacher

Deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons to MS students, following the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for Spanish and foster critical thinking skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Ensuring continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Participate in parent teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.

Job Requirements of Spanish Teacher

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
A certified professional teaching qualification, such as B.Ed., PGCE or equivalent specializing in Spanish or similar.
Minimum 2 year experience in similar role.
Proven experience teaching Spanish at the middle school level.
