Scope of Work of A Motorbike Courier

To undertake duties which include the timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

What You Will Do As A Motorbike Courier

• Loading, transporting and delivering
  items to clients or businesses in a safe and
  timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct and customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.

Qualification

• High school or equivalent.

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
